    I’m seeking a board that can work with BuddyPress to allow members to Post ISO item(s). I have bbpress & a job board. Looking for more of a community notices type thing.

    Why couldn’t you create a bbPress forum dedicated to just ISO items? You could also use the WP native blog structure for posting items. If you are already using the blog as a blog, you could create a custom post type to run as an ISO board.

    You could also try posting at BuddyPress for other ideas.
