Can you please explane how it is possible for you to charge my bank account for a purchased full developer licence when i have not giving you any credit card details and have not buying any licenses. Only downloaded the free version.

If you suspect that someone has stolen access to your credit card details and used them to make unauthorised purchases, then you should contact your bank as an urgent priority.
