Every time I test with the form I am having a warning message pop up with the emails with the contact form information from within Outlook:

WARNING: bad headers – Duplicate header field: “Reply-To”

What do I need to make it stop doing that?

Hi iafserviceswebsite check the following URL, it might help you. Also do you have a cache plugin? If you do can you clear the cache.

I checked the URL you sent me and I tried clearing the cache. I am still having the warning. Anything else I can try?
