Warning: Cannot modify header information (issue with hooks.php)

Hi!
I’ve been getting this error message after I activate the Secondary Title plugin, and once it is active, I receive the error again after activating any other plugins (but not once Secondary Title is deactivated).

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/madbeppo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/secondary-title/includes/hooks.php:140) in /home/mysitename/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121

I found that if I comment out the function at line 140 (function secondary_title_plugins_settings_link), I no longer get this error.

The function doesn’t seem terribly important, so my temporary fix should be fine for now. But is there something wrong with the function that can be corrected for a future release?
