Warning class.fs.php on line 304 on Linux host

Hi, im getting an warning lines on backend and frontend of my site on Linux x86_64 host.

Warning: strpos() [function.strpos]: Empty delimiter in /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/fs/class.fs.php on line 304

The is an fix for this file here but not for these lines:
