Warning: Creating default object from empty value

    When a user submits a form on the aforementioned page, the form is sent successfully, but a warning message is displayed above the confirmation. It states: Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/vulcansy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sg-cachepress/core/Combinator/Combinator.php on line 190

    I have disabled all plugins and found that it is the NextGen Gallery which is causing this message to appear.

    I’d like to remove the message and find out what the issue is.
