    hey guys,

    short question

    with full backup this message always comes ”
    WARNING: Directory “/ …. / htdocs / app810012680 / .metadata” is not readable!”

    I have access to the FTP server.

    How can I fix the problem?

    that file was created by your hoster and write-protected that why BackWPUp throws the warning.
    You can add that file to the job exclude list and the plugin will exclude the file and thrown no warning.
    I hope that could help ^^

    Thank you for your answer
    where and how do I add this file to the job exclusion list?

    do I do it myself at Pugin BackWPUp or how does it work?

    best regards

    @blablam22
    oops sorry about the delayed response, you can just ignore the warning or add that file to the excluded list in your BackWPUp job -> Exclude from the backup section.
