Thanks for putting this up @vishu7! I was just about to release another version (4.1.0) that should fix this error.
We have completely changed the setting the disable plugins individually along with adding a new setting to disable themes individually.
I will post it here when I release the version. I was planning to do it in the next 10-30 minutes.

thanks for the quick reply and fix π
new version (4.1.0) fixed the issue on plugin configuration page and working smooth now.
But got new warning issue on plugin listing page of wordpress , when i enable the “disable plugins individually” option and go to plugins page it shows below warning once in between listing (may be after row of current blocked update plugin which has update available)
“Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘Disable_Updates’ does not have a method ‘plugin_unblock_link’ in D:\wamp\www\myWpSite\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 470”

Version 4.1.10 was just released. This should defiantly be fixed.
