Warning: Division by zero

I had a look at the code. It looks like this is a case where you want a mean value but there are no values selected in the form. Does that sound right? So its diving the sum of zero entries by zero.

I can put in some code to avoid it making an error, but for now, check that you haven’t made a mistaken in the short code where is should be finding values but is not.
