"Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet" after WP version 4.5

I have started getting following warning after I updated to WP version 4.5. [I’m, however, not entirely sure about the WP version. I think I have started getting this error after I updated to 4.5 but may be its after 4.5.1. Pardon me for that!]

Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=628410 in …/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1811.

The occurance of this Warning, it seems, is random. Soetimes I get this error dozens of time in a day and sometimes I do not see it at all. Mostly it throws up when I’m on back-end but have seen it at front-end too. [Currently, I’m the only user of my site; it’s not live for public yet.]

In the first sticky post of this forum, it has been mentioned that WP version 4.5 stoped suppersing Warnings. So may be this problem was before the update too and just was not showing up.
