Yes i had this happen. Its because your host doesn’t support XML-RPC. Find a better host. I reccomend. ** Guessing your coming from a free host ** x10hosting

The reson is you need them to upgrade your php (free) go for intermedeate you have thr best chance of getting that one. The steps are as follows—
Go togo to the RED login box and enter your login info. It will say redirecting or something like that. Then on your account pannel scroll down to the php version and give them a reson to upgrade your php version (tell them that you need getmypid() for a wordpress install and hit send and hopefully it will work if they OK it. Anything else?
