Looking at the developer board for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin it seems this is an issue that’s still open.

There is however a pull request to fix this which seems to indicate the fix should be added to the next plugin update.

Sorry that you are inconvenienced by this bug.
As indicated by @stuartduff , there is a fix on its way and hopefully very soon in the next release of the plugin
Do keep an eye on your WP Admin dashboard for a new update.
Until then, you may want to try this work around. This is suggested by one of the users and has not been officially tested, there are other users on the discussion mentioning that it did work for them

All topics are marked as resolved after a while of inactivity which is what happened with this thread.
However, I checked on the status of the open bug report and can see our development team have released a fix for it.
If you upgrade to the latest version of the extension 2.6.5, you should no longer see the warning.
Now that a fix has been released I’m marking this topic as resolved but if you have any further issues please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
