I upgraded to the latest version (not sure if it has anything to do with the warning). While saving the settings of the Relevanssi plugin, saving took a long time, and then this warning showed. And as usual I now got the default object instead of my slightly edited object with PDF, Exel and Print.

Any hints? Could a misformatted gdoc shortcode cause this?

Solved the problem. The Relevanssi search plugin author pointed me in the right direction. “Mikko Saari wrote:

I’m guessing the Inline Google Spreadsheet Viewer is using a shortcode that’s not fully compatible with Relevanssi. Relevanssi extends shortcodes in a slightly unusual context, which doesn’t always work with all plugins. If that’s the case, disabling shortcode extension in Relevanssi settings should fix the problem.”
