warning message

Since yesterday a warning sign keep showing in my header.

I don’t know if there is any relation but yesterday I activated Akismet and included for the first time a form (Jetpack) in one of my posts.

The form never work completely well, by the way.

I deactivated Akismet and removed the form from the post and the warning kept showing.

Since there was no change for better I reactivated Akismet and put the form in the post again.

How can I solve this problem?
