    Fout [wc-aelia-foundation-classes – 1100]
GeoIP database file not found. Please try to install the database again. If the error persists, please download the the database manually, from https://geoip.aelia.co/Geolite2-City.mmdb.gz. Extract file GeoLite2-City.mmdb from the archive and copy it to /home/…/domains/…/public_html/flatsome/wp-content/uploads. Geolocation will become available automatically, as soon as the GeoIP database is copied in the indicated folder.

The message indicatws that the database can’t be installed. If you clicked on the “retry” button and the message still appears, this usually means that the destination folder (which is indicated below the message, i.e. /home/.../domains/.../public_html/flatsome/wp-content/uploads) is read-only.

If that is the case, you can connect to your site via FTP and add write permissions to that folder. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can ask your hosting provider to do that for you. After granting write permission to the folder, you can click on the “retry” button again and the AFC should be able to download and install the geolocation database automatically.

Note: as indicated in the message, you can also download the database file and upload it to the target folder manually. That will work as well.
