Is there a way to assign specific users to specific workflows where workflows were actual jobs.

example … Workflow is assigned to users 2,19,and 23

So now I have a single page that only calls the files and workflows of the person who is logged in.

I do believe this is very close to that logic.

The plugin does just show the files of the person logged in so what I think you want is a plugin to manage user roles to give conditional access to your pages.

If you add users 2 19 and 23 to a user group and only make the page visible to that group that may be what you want.
