    Hi!

    I have a problem during full backup, i’ve thoses warnings :
    AVERTISSEMENT : mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away
    AVERTISSEMENT : mysqli_query(): Error reading result set’s header

    I ste the “max execution time” to 25sec and “reduce server load” to max as i see in manual but same result.

    I don’t know how fix the problem, can you help me?

    “Reduce server load” not work so you would need to contact the hoster and tell them about mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away issue.
    Normally the host will resolve the issue for you because it related to the server side.
