Warning on is_dir(), file_exists(), wp-includes/funcions.php

    Hello guys,
    Well I installed the Capability Manager plugin, and if I go to tools>Capability Manager and users>Capabilities I recive the following messages:

    Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/path/) in /path/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1311

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/path/) in /path/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1302

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/path/) in /path/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1311

    I don’t understand what I need to do. Please give me a link, a tip, any help…
