    I am having a problem directly after upgrading. Where posts should be it gives me the following error:

    Warning: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]:Empty regular expression in /home/******/******/blog/******/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 668

    I looked in formatting.php on line 668 and saw:

    $content = preg_replace($wp_smiliessearch, $wp_smiliesreplace, $content);

    Any help on this issue would be much appreciated!

    All I can find on this issue relates to smilies, but I never had a smiley plug-in and never used any AJAX on the blog. I need some help here…

    hello, I just had this problem a minute ago, apparently It caused by moresmilies plugin, I had the problem solved by deactivating it. have you used any similar plugin that replace your smilies (or anything?)

    that lines are… scary…
