    Hello,

    For several weeks, I have been experiencing a problem with the extension. None of my downloads work anymore.
    Here is the message that appears when I try to download the file :

    Sorry, you are experiencing issues. Could you also please provide us the following information on the page you are experiencing issues on:
    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeeding

    Default Delivery Format : Send Email

    I have been using the extensions for several years, I have more than 80 files to download. I don’t explain what made everything crash.

    Could the problem be due to the wordpress or php version?

    PHP 8
    WordPress 6.1.1

    Hi @clarisseb,
    Thank you for providing this. It does appear that PHP 8 is treating our notices now as warnings, which is something we are working to address. While we look into this in the meantime you could remove warning alerts in your settings of the PHP.

    For Remove warning alerts, can you confirm me that it is necessary to modify the wp_config by adding this code please :

    ini_set(‘error_reporting’, E_ALL );
