Hello,

i am currently working of building a woo+divi site and after last update i get this error when i am in the shop page of my site.

Wanna know is that new updated related, since i saw a lot of new topics about it or it’s something else ?

are not caused by WooCommerce itself. These errors usually indicate a conflict between WordPress core, the active theme (Divi), or another plugin. They can sometimes appear after an update if some code is trying to access properties that don’t exist on certain objects.

To help narrow down the cause, please try the following within WooCommerce support scope:
1. Switch to a default theme (e.g., Storefront) temporarily and see if the errors disappear.
2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and check if the shop page loads without errors.
3. If the errors disappear, reactivate the theme and plugins one by one to identify which is causing the warnings.
Also, I would suggest you follow these steps on staging site so your live site remain uneffected. You can create a staging site using this plugin:

If deactivating all plugins does not resolve the issue, please try deactivating the WooCommerce plugin, deleting it, and then reinstalling it manually to see if the issue still occurs.

1. Tested with different theme – nop
2. Deactivated all of the plugins – still nothing changed
3. Deactivated and deleted then installed again Woo – still same issue
What i did is that, there was a backup a week before and managed to restore it. Now there is no issue, but there is three plugins that need to be updated – Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, WooCommerce and Product Filter by WBW (it’s not active).

So i assume it’s Woo related cus like i said in Version 10.4.3 there is no issue at all.

Hi there!

Thank you for the update. I have tested the latest version of WooCommerce on my other sites, and I am unable to replicate the issue everything is appearing fine. This indicates that there might be something on your site that is causing the problem.

For testing purposes, could you please:
1. Create a staging site.
2. Keep all plugins deactivated.
3. Update WooCommerce to the latest version on the staging site and check if the issue still occurs.
Alternatively, you can try manually installing WooCommerce using SFTP to see if that resolves the problem.

Let us know what you find.

I also created a ticket to Theme author and they said something like –

“it is not error it is just warning of others plugin and wp
please set false of wp_debug in config file or server side set error notice -1″

Think hiding error it’s not proper way to deal with that.

I am not able to create a staging site atm, so will try to install Woo using SFTP i guess.

Hi @krasimirignatov,

Thank you for the update and for sharing what the theme author mentioned. You are absolutely right, simply hiding the warnings by disabling WP_DEBUG does not address the root cause, and it makes sense that you would prefer a proper fix rather than suppressing the notices.

Since you are unable to create a staging site at the moment, please feel free to proceed with reinstalling WooCommerce 10.5.0 manually via SFTP to rule out any corrupted files during the update process. You can download the plugin directly from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/.

If reinstalling 10.5.0 does not resolve the issue, then rolling back to version 10.4.3 is a perfectly reasonable temporary solution while we wait for WooCommerce 10.5.1 to be released. That upcoming release is expected to address known issues reported in 10.5.0.
