    Hi,

    It looks like your BIN file is corrupted. Please redownload it.

    BIN file is fine. This error occurs if the IP address of the visitor is not defined or it is not in the database. Or the visitor went to the site through a VPN or Tor browser.

    Please provide the details of the BIN file you are using (File name, size, date) and also the IP address of the visitor for investigation.

    – City name.

    – UTC time zone.

    Hi,

    The error is fixed in version 2.12.0. For IPv6, please make sure you downloaded the IPv6 database which includes both IPv4 and IPv6 records.
