Thanks for your fast reply 🙂
All the messages after run scanner show this: wp-admin/php_errorlog
This might be related with a plugin that I installed that was not working properly and I solved the issue updating the permalinks.
Should I add ‘wp-admin/php_errorlog’ to Excluded Files List, then?
Thanks a lot and sorry for my lack of knowledge.

@wisenomad Unless it’s spam or abuse, please do not use the report link.
Also please lose the signature. That’s prohibited in these forums as it’s been horribly abused in the past by others.
Cheers,
Wisenomads
Yes, bad people ruin it for others. Please refrain from that.

Hi sorry,
It was a mistake. I need to remove all this post/ messages because google is indexing this messages on the first page searching by wisenomads. Could you remove it completely? Thanks

I’m sorry but that is only done in extreme cases.

Search engine hits are never considered extreme. The post will not be edited or deleted.
Do you mean that even if the author of the post, me, wants to remove the post you force to keep it? This is just no sense.
@wisenomad We understand it’s confusing, but from our standpoint, you posted in a public forum asking for help with a specific site. If someone else finds this post, and sees your link, and it helps them, then the support forums have done their job for the future 🙂
Plus that link your domain in the post? The “Site I need help with”? It’s ONLY visible to logged in users. So search engines won’t grab it.

I would recommend you do so. It doesn’t need to be scanned.
