Warnings after activation

    After I clicked on “Activate” the backend showed these warnings on the next page:
    Undefined index: plugin_ids in x/wp-content/plugins/amazon-link/include/amazon-link-admin-support.php on line 748 (10 times)
    and
    Undefined index: plugin_ids in x/wp-content/plugins/amazon-link/include/upgradeSettings.php on line 182

    These minor notices should not present with the latest version (3.2.8) of the plugin.
