Warnings after WP update?

    I have been asked to look at two problems with a WP installation. These two errors describe the problem:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/***/html/wp-content/themes/ojb/header_functions.php:123) in/home/content/***/html/wp-content/plugins/subscribe-to-comments/subscribe-to-comments.php on line 817

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/***/html/wp-content/themes/ojb/header_functions.php:123) in/home/content/***/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 865

    Not sure, but think they started appearing when WordPress was updated to the latest version.
