Could you please let us know which version of the User Registration plugin you are using?
We could not reproduce this error in our testing environment, so it might be caused by a conflict with another plugin.
Kindly deactivate all other plugins, delete the log file, and then check if the same error appears again.

The error seems very basic, foreach() loop only works on arrays or objects,
if you want to use a string then use for() instead;
- Use foreach() for arrays/objects only.
- Use for() if you want to loop for string character.

I am using 1.5.4 of conditional logic and 5.3.1 of ur plugin version. And this topic is unfortunately not resolved yet.
