    Enable the Remove File Writing Permissions
     setting in the System Tweaks section on the iTSec plugin Settings page.

    444 = r–,r–,r– (user,group,world)

    644 = rw-,r–,r– (user,group,world)

    r = read
    w = write
    x = execute
