    One day I receve an email telling me to upgrade my plan due to high resource usage.

    Turns out the SG Optimizer was the cause. Causing my website to absolutely crash and have terrible loading speeds of 1-2 minutes and constant timeouts.

    Deleted SG Optimizer and everything is back to normal.

    This has nothing to do with the plugin fuction but with your particular website exceeding SiteGround limits.
