Was working, now doesn’t?

I have a site that I’ve used the generator with previously, a few weeks ago, that produced a file. After adding some content today though, nothing happens. I’ve checked the cron as suggested in a previous thread, it’s enabled. I’ve made no changes to the theme or any other plugins.
This is all I get:

Alright, I’ve got the above resolved… but now there’s another new issue!
https://domain.comnow redirects tohttps://domain.com/index.php/and gives an error unless I manually type inhttps://domain.com/index.html. I did not have this problem before, and it looks like the/index.php/folder now contains a lot of files that were not previously contained in a separate folder, such as blog posts and the/category/folder.I’ll put a redirect in, but I’m hoping that this will only need to be a temporary workaround?
