Was working, now missing

    I used to have the Facebook chat plugin working on my website, I realised recently it was no longer on there. I’m not sure how long it’s been missing for!
    When I go to my WordPress dashboard Plugin Settings for it and click to Edit Chat Configuration, it loads a new window with the address “https://www.facebook.com/customer_chat/dialog/?domain=https://www.lavenhamphotographic.co.uk” but it never actually loads, just stays blank, so I can’t configure it.

    Clicking ‘Edit Responses’ does take me to Facebook, but the main configuration never loads

    Facebook is currently logged in on the same browser and loading fine.
    Any ideas?
