    Signed up for PRO version 1 year ago for $199 (discount). It auto renewed 1 year later, no emails about upcoming renewal. Nothing to remind me if I needed to change payments, nothing. Not asking me if I still use the plug-in (which I think i opened up 4 times in the past year)

    BAMB! get a $399 charge to my account for the renewal. But if you are new, you can sign back up for $199.

    What a way to keep existing customers.

    Not going to comment on anything about the plug-in. Just can’t believe the accounting practices.
