Can you send the screenshot of plugin settings page ? It is help us to setup our development server for testing the issue.
There may be an issue if you are removing media from server. Some plugins require local files to process their actions.
Also please share Watermark plugin settings screenshots also

The support person is literally supporting you here. If you do not like the free and completely unpaid for support then just remove the plugin and use something else.
