Wave errors – Missing form label

    I have 5 errors on wave:

    Missing form label <input type=”text” name=”sl” id=”goog-gt-votingInputSrcLang”>
    Missing form label <input type=”text” name=”tl” id=”goog-gt-votingInputTrgLang”>
    Missing form label <input type=”text” name=”query” id=”goog-gt-votingInputSrcText”>
    Missing form label <input type=”text” name=”gtrans” id=”goog-gt-votingInputTrgText”>
    Missing form label <input type=”text” name=”vote” id=”goog-gt-votingInputVote”>

    I have the find and replace plugin, but not working

    how to solve this problem please???
