Waveform missing

    I’m a Pro user and I need help with an issue please. The soundwave / waveform has stopped displaying on all pages of my site even though both plugins are up to date (version 5.9.5) My hosting agency has sent me a screenshot of the errors so I’ll share this below. Initially I thought maybe it was just a caching issue, but my hosting agency have cleared browser, server and DNS cache and it’s still not resolved. Hopefully can you help with this. Thanks, Aly

    Many thanks to the developer for getting in touch to help with this – the issue is now resolved! The issue was with my URL settings where the site address and WordPress address used ‘http’ instead of ‘https’. Once these settings were updated, the waveform displayed as normal. Many thanks to the developers for being so helpful as always.
