    Dear WooCommerce Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with a pending order that remains stuck in my WooCommerce environment. The error message indicates that there is an action that cannot be processed, and it seems to be related to High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

    Here are the details:

    • The action in the Action Scheduler is “woocommerce_run_data_sync” and stays in ‘pending’ status.
    • I have enabled compatibility mode to ensure my store functions properly with existing plugins.
    • I have tried manually deleting the pending action, but it keeps reappearing.

    My questions are:

    • Is there a way to clear the pending order without disrupting the functionality of my store?
    • Are there specific steps I can follow to disable HPOS and revert to traditional order storage without causing issues?
    • Can you advise me on the best way to resolve this stuck order?

    To better understand the issue, could you please provide the following:
    – A screenshot of your HPOS settings.
    – A screenshot of the Scheduled Actions, especially the pending ‘woocommerce_run_data_sync’ action.
    – The System Status Report for a more comprehensive view of your setup.

    This will help me assist you in resolving the stuck order and provide further guidance on deciding where to stick with HPOS or switch to legacy order storage.

    To help us get to the bottom of the cron issue, I suggest installing the WP Crontrol plugin.
    If there are any WP-Cron issues, this plugin will provide more details.

    Also, if you could share the following with me:
