    I have created custom product types for the exams they offer (‘Project management’, ‘program management’, ‘management’) that are visible to the vendor when adding a new product based upon their permissions (this is working perfectly thanks to the WCFM groups plugin)

    Here is some example data

    Vendor 1 can create exams for project management only

    Vendor 2 can create project management & program management

    Vendor 3 can create program management & management

    Each exam/product type has some information that is consistent (such as duration, no of questions, in person/remote) but is different for each exam.

    Project Management – Exam Length 2 hours, 24 questions, in-person

    Management – Exam Length 30 minutes, 5 questions, remote

    Each exam also has information that varies such as location, price, etc (this is not in scope of my initial question).

    What we would like to achieve is

    Vendor selects exam type

    Static data for that exam type is populated for them in the add product screen (in our custom fields)

    How can this be done?
