Our updated version 2.6.3 is compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.2, In the mean time WooCommerce again has launched 3.0.3. Until WooCommerce releases an stable version, it is difficult for us to launch our own updated version compatible with WooCommerce.
We will start working with this error by Monday, hopefully will release another update by mid next week. Looking forward your co operation regarding the same.
@joseodar We have launched the updated version WC Marketplace 2.6.4 which has resolved this issue.
Kindly upgrade WC Marketplace and recheck again.

@joseodar This error is not coming from our plugin WC Marketplace as we don’t have this file path inside our plugin.
Kindly recheck this again.
