Hi guys,
We use your plugin – and while the subscription works great, the users get stuck with the “we are checking your data” message.

It happens both with Mailchimp and WordPress subscriptions (with or without confirmation email).

We get the subscriptions but the users don’t get any confirmation for that.

Can you help me out with that please?

There is php error during subscription from this site – http://iago.chat/
You can check it in your browser – http://prntscr.com/bmng0e
But if you will try to subscribe using this site address – http://www.iago.chat – subscription will be successful.
You need to configure your server in such way in order to redirect your users to this website address – http://www.iago.chat. Please contact your hosting provider, they should help you with this.

If you will have any problems with this – contact us through our internal support. We will help you to solve the problem.

Also in such cases you can try simply to set the same url address for your site in WordPress General Settings (Settings -> General) – http://prntscr.com/bmyeug
