I have some pictures that are not showing and displaying this error:

We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)

by the way, the ips are not blocked

and in addition to that jetpack is creating too many connections in database creating error and is stressing the server

this error is displayed in Jetpack area in home admin instead of the stats:
Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1040): Too many connections in public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1633

and for the picture, it opens if I delete the &ssl=1 from the link
