We cannot display this gallery

    Hi there,

    we are using NextGen Gallery 3.1.6 and we are getting “We cannot display this gallery” on all our “old” posts.

    We are no more able to add a new gallery, due the javascript error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'get_shortcode_value' of undefined on file: /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/static/display_tab.min.js?ver=3.1.6

    We did try to:

    * disable ALL plugins, but NextGen Gallery
    * use “TwentyNinenteen” theme

    Unfortunately it still doesn’t works.

    Hi @daweb

    Please verify the following:
    – Check your current version of NextGen Gallery, our last version is 3.1.6.
    – Try to open and then same the same post, check if that solves the issue.

    Hello Gaby,

    as I wrote in my post we are using 3.1.6 version.

    I appreciated your suggest but it doesn’t works, unfortunately.

    Hi @daweb,

    We have already asked @lucasrizzi in a different thread to submit an issue report for us so we could have a closer investigate and discuss with the team to see if this specific old shortcode is managed now then we will get back with a reply to you.
