    Awesome plugin and fantastic support.

    We tried many different help desk systems and are very pleased to have found Support Candy. My team and I love how clean and beautiful the user-interface is. Many different team members can work side-by-side, collaborating and tracking who is doing what, and adding comments to each other’s tickets. It’s very well designed and easy to navigate.

    We’ve been using it for student help for about 5 years now. Love it!

    Also, Support Candy’s support is superb. They are extremely responsive and caring about their customers. Recently, we had some plugin conflicts on our site affecting Support Candy. Their team worked on a fix within days to accommodate us. Impressive.
