Please provide us the debug code that you can generate within our plugin under “Troubleshooting” section -> “Show advanced options” -> “Share debug details…”.

Judging by the log, the backup was made successfully, and there are no errors – please check the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”, your backup should be listed there.
If you want to test the backup file itself, you can restore it on a free test site: demo.tastewp.com/bmi
