web crash using Event Tickets plugin

Good day,
a few days ago I have tried to update the tickets plugin and since then the plugin is crashing the website. As soon as we deactivate the plugin, the website is back online, I have tried to reactivate the plugin and as soon as activated, the website crashes.
the version is 5.19.2 (tried also 5.19.3)

For us to better understand the situation, would you be able to enable WordPress debugging (see How to Enable Debugging in WordPress), and get back to us with the debug log output when you activate the Event Tickets plugin?

In the meantime, Could you run a conflict test by activating only our plugins together with a default theme like Twenty Twenty One, and see if that makes a difference? If so, please try to reactivate your plugins/theme one at a time and see which one is causing the issue. As always, please test it on a staging version of your live site. Also, please ensure that you have the latest version of the plugin.
If that doesn’t help, could you provide the versions of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.
- PHP and WordPress
- The Events Calendar and Event Tickets
- Event Tickets PLUS and The Events Calendar PRO (if applicable)
- Theme
