    Clean talk has managed to lock me out of my site. I lock my site through ithemes sync and now because of this web crawler page, sync can’t sync and I am locked out until my time stated for the lock out is finished. As sooon as I can I am gettinig rid of this plugin.

    ad there is no such thing as support for the paid program

    Hello, @crossborderseminars

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the “Complete Deactivation” option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;

    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install the plugin:

    If the issue still persists after these steps, please create a topic in our support system:

    And send us there screnshot of the blocking screen. In this way, we’ll know your website and can investigate the issue.
