    the plugin is meant to use together with an email service provider, such as AWeber, iContact, MailChimp, GetResponse, Mad Mimi and Interspire Email Marketer.

    You sign up for their service where you can send bulk emails to your audience. Optin Forms helps you collect emails from your audience, by including an optin form to your blog or website.
