What is the site URL and who is the webhost?
Is this a self-hosted site or are you talking about your ww.wp.xz.cn/.com account?
Sorry, it’s my self-hosted site. I can’t get into the wp-admin side of it.
Does someone else have access to your site? Can you post a screen shot of the error?
No I’m the only one with access.

It must be coming from a plugin, theme, or your hosting provider? Can you access the back-end through FTP?
yes i have full ftp access and I deactivate the plugins but to no avail.
Where is it being hosted? I would check with them. Do you have CDN or Cloudflare or anything like that active?
Who is the webhost? Many webhosts will lock down a WordPress site when too many login attempts have been made. Ask the webhost.

Hi Nigel.
I am in the same situation as you were. Just today after editing a page on my hosted WordPress and choosing Update, I got the exact same error. The only difference was the IP address of my client PC.
I am fortunate not to be completely locked out. I can still login and activate/deactivate plugins. But I cannot update posts or pages. The website frontend still appears okay to visitors.
Did you have any success in figuring out the problem?

This is for Nigel again.
With the IP address that Nigel supplied, I think Nigel is based in Ireland. So am I. If that is true, we may be using the same hosting company. The hosting company that my website is hosted on is Novara / Digiweb / Host.IE.
