Web Stories Plugin Issue

Last few days, i can not create and edit stories in my wordpress website. When i click on the stories tab it is showing “please wait” (screenshot attached below) please help me to resolve it.

@ehubexpertssupport Hello and thank you for your topic. Could you please check if the issue is present when Web Stories is the only active plugin on your site?

To safely simulate this, you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
- Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.

@luckynasan Hello, thanks for the quick reply. I install mentioned plugin and follow your instructions but the issue is still present.

I checked the issue with a different theme. and I didn’t get any problem there with your plugin. So, I think your plugin conflict with the current theme (ConsultStreet Child) which i used.

I attached a screenshot of the current Theme and Errors that arise with the current theme. Please let me know if any changes require in my theme or in your plugin setting to solve this issue.

Thank you for the details and update. Unfortunately, this kind of troubleshooting can get pretty complicated and technical, so it’s best to contact your theme developer to see if they can help, as they know their theme’s code and where possible conflicts could exist. I suggest reporting this out to the theme developer at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/consultstreet.
