To clarify, you would like to add a carousel _inside_ a web story? I don’t think something like that is planned. Sounds like it would result in a very confusing user experience.
But the good news is, the Web Stories format is open source and part of the AMP framework. So if you have any feature requests for the format itself and not just this plugin, you can share your ideas at https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml

Sorry last question @swissspidy I think for when you update the feature I would like to add will be better suited to maybe be a “add on” so create my own plugin to be able to ad addons to yours will this be a possibility? In theory etc it will but guess what I would like to know is will your plugin accept something like this?
It depends on what you would like to add. On the editor side we don‘t have any API to properly extend it, so an add-on for the editor is unrealistic at this time. For PHP changes the plugin is more flexible.
And in theory we can always bake in a festure directly into our plugin if it‘s worthwhile.
