Web strories not opening

Hi @nepah9738 thanks for opening a support topic. Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue when trying to open your Stories. To help you look into this could you please share the following:

1. Your Site Health Information using this private form. Please also include your hosting provider on the form.
2. Do you see any console errors along with this error message?
3. Could you share a screenshot of this as it shows for you? You can use a service such as Imgur to upload your screenshot and share the URL here

Once you have shared the above information we can advise on next steps to take.

@nepah9738 Thanks for sharing the information. Could you please try to first temporarily change your site theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty. Once done check your Stories once more and see if you get the same issue when clicking on them.

If you still see the same issue then could you try running through these troubleshooting steps which should highlight any potential plugin conflicts if there are any.
