Don’t clear the cache every 4 hours, instead re-configure AO to not have the cache grow that fast (don’t aggregate inline JS, which you seem to be doing)?

We are doing cache clear for every 4 hours and whatever is updated is not showing to the user. So, when we are doing cache clear, it is removing old files that we dont want because those files are referenced into google cache pages. Can you tell, is there any option to retain old files after clearing AO cache?

No, if you clear AO’s cache you are explicitly removing old files. No way to have you cake and eat it I’m afraid 🙂
